We have purchased a commercial property on Friedrich-List-Straße in Leinfelden-Echterdingen. The property encompasses 5 units with a total area of 986 square metres. It is located in a very well-connected area near the airport, the “Messe” exhibition grounds and the A8.

We were able to successfully expand our real estate portfolio to include apartment buildings on Stuttgart’s Tunnelstraße. The portfolio consists of 3 properties with a total of 25 apartments, 2 commercial units and 15 underground parking spaces.
