Our direct investment Boxine GmbH, known for the Tonibox and the Tonies, has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as tonies SE since 29/11/2021. This was preceded by a merger with 468 SPAC I SE.

We have invested in Project A Ventures IV following the strong performance of the Project A funds. We have also subscribed to Project A Buy-Out Co-Invest I, which invests in mostly majority stakes together with leading private equity funds.

Our direct investment Gojek merges with the online retailer Tokopedia to form the GoTo Group. The merger of Indonesia's two biggest start-ups creates Southeast Asia's largest technology group.

We have invested in the 468 Capital II fund, which focuses on early-stage investments in technology companies in Germany. We have also subscribed to 468 Global Opportunities, which focuses on emerging markets.

Since our investment in Revolut in early 2020, the company has seen strong operational growth. In the current round, the company was valued at USD 33 billion, a six-fold increase in our investment since the beginning of 2020.

We have invested in the biotech company Perfect Day, which was founded by Forbes Prize-winners Ryan Pandya and Perumal Gandhi. It has developed a fermentation process for the manufacture of animal-free protein.

We have invested in Insight Partners XII. The venture capital and private equity company has invested in more than 400 fast-growing technology companies worldwide since its founding in 1995 and has received capital pledges of more than 30 billion US dollars.

SIGNA Sports United has entered into a business combination agreement with Yucaipa Acquisition Corporation, a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company. The combination also includes the acquisition of the WiggleCRC Group.

We have invested in Kaszek Ventures V & Opportunity II. The company established by the founders of MercadoLibre is among the leading tech & VC funds in Latin America. Investments to date include Nubank, the world’s largest neobank.

Following our investment in BOND in 2019, we also invested in the follow-up fund BOND II. The fund has a volume of 1.5 billion US dollars. Investments by BOND were made in companies such as Revolut, Canva and Hippo.
