We invested in GetYourGuide, the booking platform for travel experiences, via LakeStar. In Series E, a total of 484 million dollars were invested in the company. GetYourGuide is now one of the few unicorns in German-speaking countries.

We invested in Boxine GmbH, a children’s audio system provider. The company is well known for producing and marketing the Toniebox and the Tonies. The lead investor is the Munich-based industrial holding Armira.

We invested in the Cinven 7 Fund via the private equity platform Moonfare. This traditional British company manages capital with a volume of 37 billion US dollars from more than 200 investors around the globe.

It’s time: the internetstores Group’s new website is online. The website’s technical and visual aspects, as well as content, have undergone a major overhaul in recent months. This development also includes a new logo for the company. 

We have invested in the Bond Capital Fund, a newly founded San Francisco-based growth fund boasting a size of around 125 billion US dollars and led by the ex-Kleiner Perkins team headed by Mary Meeker.

SIGNA Sports United takes over TennisPro, the leading online tennis specialist in France and southern Europe. The takeover also includes the franchise network with 46 branches and serves to expand its leading position in Europe.

We’d like to congratulate the team at Seven Senders on their financing round for 16 million euro. The new investment is intended to drive forward international expansion and the company’s growth.

CommitMed is taking over the e-commerce provider for the elderly, Prosenio. Under the new name ProSenio-24 and with our involvement, this is resulting in the creation of the leading elderly and nursing care provider for end customers and care services in Germany.

We would like to congratulate Moonfare on its Series A for 25 million euro, which was successfully completed after 3 weeks and heavily oversubscribed. As founding investors, we are proud of the traction of the operational business and the high levels of interest shown by investors.

We have invested in Fund No. 3 from Project A, an international venture capital company. The Berlin-based, early-stage investor in the field of digital technologies has holdings in 45+ companies and manages a total capital of 260 million euro.
