SIGNA Sports United has entered into a business combination agreement with Yucaipa Acquisition Corporation, a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company. The combination also includes the acquisition of the WiggleCRC Group.

We have invested in Kaszek Ventures V & Opportunity II. The company established by the founders of MercadoLibre is among the leading tech & VC funds in Latin America. Investments to date include Nubank, the world’s largest neobank.

KOEHLER Schapmann has acquired an office building in Vaihingen. The building encompasses 2,472m² over five floors and has 28 parking spaces. The redemption payment will be added to the KOEHLER Equities Fund (WKN: KAM201).

Following our investment in BOND in 2019, we also invested in the follow-up fund BOND II. The fund has a volume of 1.5 billion US dollars. Investments by BOND were made in companies such as Revolut, Canva and Hippo.
