We have invested in the private equity fund Cherry Ventures III, a venture capital fund by founders, for founders. Cherry Ventures has enjoyed great success in the past with investments in Flixbus and Auto1, amongst others.

KOEHLER Real Estate purchases three apartment buildings in Stuttgart from a community of heirs. The properties comprise 28 apartments with a total area of around 1700 m² and are located in Bad Cannstatt and Hallschlag, Stuttgart.

KOEHLER GROUP is investing in the venture capital fund Lakestar Growth 1. Lakestar was founded by Dr Klaus Hommels, Europe’s most successful tech investor. Lakestar helps ambitious founders to establish significant companies.

We have invested in the holding SP Global Capital from Dr Steffen Pauls. SP Global Capital operates the private equity platform Moonfare and the private equity fund 7 Global Capital.

We have purchased an apartment building at Schwabstr. 3 in Stuttgart, thereby expanding our portfolio of residential real estate.
