KOEHLER Real Estate has purchased an apartment building in Aachen covering 841 m² with 12 residential units. The redemption payment will again be invested the KOEHLER Equities Fund (WKN: KAM201).

KOEHLER Real Estate acquires an ensemble of three apartment buildings in Aachen. Together, the buildings comprise 2,071m² of space containing 35 condominiums. The redemption payment will again be invested the KOEHLER Equities Fund (WKN: KAM201).

Our direct investment Boxine GmbH, known for the Tonibox and the Tonies, has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as tonies SE since 29/11/2021. This was preceded by a merger with 468 SPAC I SE.

KOEHLER Real Estate has acquired 3 residential & commercial properties in Stuttgart. Together, these comprise 4,461 m² of space containing 15 condominiums, 11 medical practices as well as office and retail space. The redemption payment will once again be realised in the KOEHLER Equities Fund (WKN: KAM201).

We have invested in Project A Ventures IV following the strong performance of the Project A funds. We have also subscribed to Project A Buy-Out Co-Invest I, which invests in mostly majority stakes together with leading private equity funds.

We have invested in Summit Partners Growth Equity XI. The industry focus is on the areas of technology, healthcare and life sciences as well as growth products. Summit has already been able to guide more than 170 companies through to listing on the stock exchange.

Our direct investment Gojek merges with the online retailer Tokopedia to form the GoTo Group. The merger of Indonesia's two biggest start-ups creates Southeast Asia's largest technology group.

We have invested in the 468 Capital II fund, which focuses on early-stage investments in technology companies in Germany. We have also subscribed to 468 Global Opportunities, which focuses on emerging markets.

Since our investment in Revolut in early 2020, the company has seen strong operational growth. In the current round, the company was valued at USD 33 billion, a six-fold increase in our investment since the beginning of 2020.
